Script writing
Using your brief and the context you've provided, we write the full script alongside every ad variation (e.g. multiple hooks, variables, CTAs,…).
We focus on the fundamentals including the hook, MOAT, wake up calls and CTA, making people stop scrolling and actually pay attention.
Step 02
Voiceover design
When working on faceless video creatives, you can bring your own recorded voiceover if you have one. If not, we handle it.
Using leading AI techniques, we generate voiceovers that are matched to your brand, your audience, and the pacing of the creative - then we post-process the audio until it sits and flows just right.
Step 03
Storyboard & style frames
Once the script and voice are locked in, we know exactly how the video moves.
We break it into scenes, map out the visuals and actions for each one, and design the full layout of every scene before a single animation is added.

Step 04
Animation
Style frames done. Now they move. We go scene by scene, adding motion through keyframes until the whole thing is alive.

I started Epicuts because I couldn't find what I needed.
I was building my SaaS startup at the time and needed creatives for paid ads and social. Not anything crazy - just something actually good. It didn't exist at a price that made sense, and half the time it didn't exist at all. So I learned it myself. The whole thing - scripting, motion, sound, editing, all of it - because I needed it done at a level I could actually respect.
Somewhere in that process I stopped doing it out of necessity and started doing it because I couldn't stop. I posted 50 Instagram reels sharing my perspective on video production and ad creatives. Tens of millions of views later, brands started reaching out wanting to work with me. That's when it clicked - I wasn't the only one who had been looking for this and coming up empty.
I'm 20. I've been a creative my whole life. I'm a perfectionist in the way that probably annoys the people around me - I'll spend 30 minutes on a detail no one will ever consciously notice.
